This is what Dave's students think about him
(of course, none of them have known him as long as we have...)

These comments all come from former students of live Princeton Review classroom courses taught by Dave Hall between 2007 and 2010.

Dave Hall is a brilliant teacher who knows the LSAT inside and out and who was able to take a test full of convoluted language and foreign logic and turn it into a straightforward series of patterns, symbols, and formulas. He truly demystified the LSAT for me. With the help of Dave, I got a 172. This spring, I got into Yale.

Dave is more than just a tutor. He’s the type of guy that you canʼt help but get along with. He brings energy to the classroom that really helped me deal with the material. Studying for the LSAT can get boring; Dave made it fun. The approach Dave Hall teaches is the best, and he is completely dedicated to helping his students maximize their potential, much more so than any other tutor I have ever encountered. If your goal is to achieve your maximum potential on the LSAT, Dave is your guy.

Dave makes understanding the LSAT easy. His methodical approach to each section of the test helped me get the LSAT score I wanted, and into the law school of my choice. After taking Dave's class I no longer feared the Logic games on the test – I looked forward to them.

Taking private tutoring sessions with Dave Hall was the smartest decision I made in my LSAT preparations. When Dave was through with me I got every singlelogic game question right on the real LSAT. My experience with Dave Hall was so positive that I recommended him to a friend who was also in need of help, which is the highest form of praise I can give.

While Dave is extremely knowledgeable, his greatest strength is the way he makes his students approach the LSAT – fearlessly, and with devastating and direct logic. I consider this course one of the most valuable classes Ihave ever taken, because it has improved my approach to almost any academic or work-related task.

Not only does Dave Hall have experience with the material as only a battle hardened LSAT warrior could have, but he also conjures up a confidencein his students that can only arise from leading his students through the storm of the LSAT successfully. This class is a must if you're serious about LSAT prep.

Dave is a master at what he does, and he knows how to attack the LSAT questions so that they are not impossible to answer. Best of all, I truly think he wanted each and every one of us to master the LSAT the best we can as well.

Dave clearly has a mastery of all things LSAT. For a single strength, I would point to his explanative ability, especially since questions on the test are often convoluted.

Logan M

Dave is a wonderful teacher – dynamic in the classroom, etc. I donʼt believe abetter instructor is out there. Dave told me before the class that he hopedhe could provide some humor – a notion I was skeptical of at first – andsomething I am now eternally grateful for!

Daveʼs strengths include his enthusiasm, insane knowledge of the material, and his efficiency in the classroom.

My goal with my LSAT score was to score high enough that I would have flexibility in being able to choose a desirable law school. It would not have happened on my own. Dave made a tremendous difference for me, and my score improved dramatically.

Dave equips you with the emotional strength to tackle the LSAT in addition to the knowledge of the actual test necessary.

Alex

Dave is charismatic, concerned with his students well-being, and has anexcellent mastery of LSAT logic.

Dave should get more money and a bigger office. Monkey butlers wouldn’t be out of the question, either. He knows the material very, very well, his delivery is excellent, and he is patient and encouraging.

Formula 1 has Michael Shumacher. Basketball has Michael Jordan. The LSAT has Dave Hall. From time to time, people redefine reality. Dave Hall does that for teaching. While his gift could be applied to any standardized test or topic, fortunately he chose the LSAT. Despite being one of the smartest people I have ever met, he manages to simplify complex material and explain it in an easily understandable manner without being remotely intimidating or arrogant. I would not have achieved my score on the LSAT without his assistance, and, by association, I would not have been accepted to the top-10 law school I will be attending in the fall. I feel privileged to have studied with and learned from him.

Taking my TPR LSAT course from Dave put me completely at ease because

I quickly came to realize that I was in the best hands possible. He gets right down to business and has a way of distilling otherwise convoluted subject matter into simple, intelligible information. He literally gives you the key to decoding the entire LSAT through simple principles, and an intuitive protocol that he developed. He first lays the fundamental foundation of knowledge that you will need in order to succeed in the LSAT, and then he gives you precise tools and strategies that allow you to reach your highest LSAT-potential. Plus on top of it all he makes every moment exciting and fun. You truly haven’t prepared for the LSAT until you have had the “Dave Hall Experience.”

A new generation of attorneys, judges, scholars and statesmen may be in debt to Dave Hall. He has a unique ability to demonstrate the simplicity behind LSAT problems, as well as his own strategic approaches that illuminate learnable methods behind the test. If you are in doubt as to your ability to perform well on the LSAT, I urge you to take advantage of this rare opportunity to prepare with Dave Hall.

Dave was an incredible LSAT tutor who taught me how to approach the questions and different sections without fear. His course gave me the experience and knowledge I needed to tackle the LSAT head on. Because of his methods, I took the test filled with confidence. I just got accepted to USC; Dave’s class played a huge part in that.

Sweet Jambalaya! Dave is a truly awesome LSAT instructor! I was someone who did not think I needed to take a class and that I could learn everything I needed on my own. I was wrong. The techniques, approaches, encouragement, and experience that Dave brings to the table are not things you can get from a book alone. I know it sounds hard to believe, but Dave actually makes learning the LSAT fun and interesting, and I doubt very many people are capable of that.

He knows the LSAT better than anyone and can answer any question you could possibly have. A particular technique he taught just isn’t working for you? He will make sure you find the one that does. Dave made the LSAT understandable and put a great score within my reach. Oh, and he’s a pretty cool guy too.

"Dave is a great teacher! I went from not being able to finish a games section to missing only 3 on the actual LSAT! And I give all the credit to Dave. I've never had more fun learning anything!"

I consider taking Dave's LSAT class one of the best decisions I have made on my path to law school. Dave is an LSAT superhero. He is able to grapple with this daunting force and reduce it to a child's game. Wherever there was a seemingly impossible LSAT question, Dave was there to save the day. His anecdotes and enthusiastic teaching style made me enjoy LSAT class. As a disciple of his Fierce Logic, I saw myself blazing through the LSAT in ways that I could never have imagined.

I live in Irvine, California, but I attend college at Emory University in Atlanta.

When my classes recommenced at Emory, I was forced to leave Dave's class and finish my studies at a class in Atlanta. My LSAT teacher there was a very smart and capable guy. His students learned from his techniques and I have no doubt that he helped them. However, he was playing in the little leagues to Dave's MVP of the majors. I used his classes more for practice while I stuck to Dave's Fierce Logic techniques. At several points in the class, I would raise my hand and ask the teacher "Why didn't you do the problem this way?" By the end, the teacher was asking me for advice on how problems should be taught.

There is no doubt in my mind that Dave is the best possible LSAT teacher I could have had. His mastery of the test is mind blowing, and his teaching style is second to none. Thanks to Dave, Fierce Logic, and my own hard work and preparation, I scored a 175 and have my sights set on a top-5 law school.

Dave Hall's class helped me boost my LSAT score by more than 20 points. With the help of an enthusiastic instructor and in-depth study books, I learned new techniques and improved my speed that I otherwise would not have been able to do. I would not be going to law school if it weren't for Dave teaching me the skills and providing motivation that were essential in order to do well on the LSAT.

Dave has put together a comprehensive program that helped me approach the test with the confidence (bordering on aggression) that I knew the test inside out. His teaching style commands a room of students with varying levels of ability and the activities he uses promote both learning and confidence. Were that not enough, Dave makes himself readily available by phone or email so any questions you have are answered quickly and thoroughly. I cannot recommend his class highly enough, and suggest that anyone willing to pay for law school take a good look at investing in their potential with Dave Hall.

I would highly recommend Dave Hall’s course to anyone preparing for the LSAT. I studied on my own for about a month before taking my first practice test. With my disappointing score I realized that I needed help and enrolled in the live classroom course taught by Dave Hall. Dave’s mastery of the material was evident from the first day of class. He led the class through a systematic approach to improve our skills in all areas of the test.

Anyone can take practice tests. But you need someone to explain when you miss a question and can’t understand why. Dave kept the class engaged during each of the four-hour class sessions. As the test date approached we moved from detailed explanations to more timed sections and pacing exercises. It was this comprehensive approach that helped prepare me for the test day. I was relaxed and was able to focus on doing my best.

My score on the LSAT improved significantly from that first practice test. Not only did I get accepted to the Law school of my choice, but was also awarded a substantial merit scholarship, based largely upon my LSAT score. It was definitely worth the cost of the course and the time spent, many times over.

Dave taught me to not just take but to attack the LSAT, and to understand the test for what it is: a series of rules. He gave me the tools so that when the pressure built I was able to walk into the LSAT and SURPASS my best practice score.
