Hey D! (I've posted so many of these I'm giving you a nickname now haha)
I picked C for this one (I know, proportional language is a red flag, but there was proportional language in the stimulus so I thought it was a contender). I understand why A is correct, and it was my other contender.
Here is why I went with C:
When the passage said "Strenuous workout is not absolutely necessary"- I thought it was saying necessary to "dramatic improvements in CV Health".
Because of this, I thought C was actually provable by the passage - If strenuous exercise is not necessary to dramatic improvements in CV health, then it is possible to obtain at least as great an improvement in CV health from either of the activities mentioned.
I see that more vigorous exercise is more effective. Does that completely counter my thinking above?
Where am I going wrong here...? Thanks for the help!

Excellent. I LOVE MY NICKNAME.
And yes, you've got it: the fact that the strenuous workout is more effective means that the brisk walk cannot be as effective.

Yes, C got me on this one too. But I did want to state thank you for going over the language in the answers, as that makes complete sense. You are so good at teaching patterns and classifications that I feel I answer a lot of questions right that way. Thank you!!!

That's awesome! Thanks so much for sharing it, and keep up the good work!
