i thought the problem w E is in weakens the claim, bc if there are no other planets, found or not, large enough to affect the orbit of the ones we have found YET most of those we found have oval orbits, doesnt that mean that there is another cause besides other planets causing the oval orbits???

No, if we knew there weren't any other objects that could affect orbits, that would make it more likely that it was the planets that affected the orbits.
