For AC C why can't we take the statement that "it will be highly desirable to other collectors in the future" as failing the necessary condition of "not just for its value as an investment." I thought oh, she is looking at it with potential investment in mind thereby failing our necessary condition so she shouldn't buy. Clarification would be greatly appreciated.

Wait. I think you need to re-read the Principle. in (C), Matilde has fulfilled the necessary conditions: she has good reason to be confident of its authenticity and she finds it desirable for its intrinsic qualities; she doesn't want it only for its value as an investment!
