So what I didn't like about E was it caused me to make an unsupported inference. The unsupported inference was that those most concerned with avoiding pathogenic were the group that precisely followed the directions. There is no support for it.
In fact, one could have made the inference in the opposite way, one could have inferred that those that are most concerned with avoiding pathogenic infections were in the group that "deviate considerably" by wearing hazmat suits.
As E required an inference that wasn't supported either way and I through it out, because if I make the inference one way it strengthens and the other way it weakens.
In case you are curious I select D, not because I thought it was right, I just gave up on the question.
