This game was rather difficult for me. I didn't understand some of the rules particularly on the third line
What does "With no sub zone designated for more than one use" mean?
So i'm thinking the "With no sub zone designated for more than one use? mean 0 redundancy for Z1,Z2,Z3?

That language means that every subzone can be housing, industrial, or retail, but cannot be more than one of those. No subzone is H and R, for example.

For the last rule, I am confused as to how the word or in that sentence works as the word and, but not in the same manner as the word or in a conditional statement. I hope that makes sense.
This rule is conditional, and is not different from any other conditional. If you choose to symbolize it conditionally, you'd do so using the "No" statement template we discussed here.
Structurally, in other words, you're being told "No Industrial with Housing or Retail."
In #18, your Zone 2 reads as the center column (HH+R), however, in #21, you state the correct answer choice is B (exactly 2 subzones in "Z2" are designated for housing), but in your grid the two zones with H read as the top row (the "H" line of your grid), suggesting your Zone 2 now counts as the top row rather than the center column. Am I reading it wrong?
The center column is for Zone 2 throughout the game. As I indicate at about 5:17, top center (i.e., housing in Zone 2) could be a double H.
On #21, I'm confused how B is the correct answer choice. It's saying that 2 subzones in Z2 are designated for H, but in both of the work tables there's no more than 1 H in Z2. I think the language is just throwing me off here and that's why I came up with answer choice C instead of B the first time.
Nevermind. I re-watched your explanation and picked up on you saying the H is doubled.
For #22, why is D wrong? Can't you have I and RR in both zones 2 and 3?
The setup tells us we can't have more than three of any type subzone. If you had I/RR twice, you'd have four Rs. That's too many!
