For the substitution question, was it okay to cross answer choice (A) out during our first prong of attack ? It says "A restaurant must be in either space 3, 4, or 5" but rule 1 says that P/F=1 & F/P =7, which we've clearly showed throughout our work.

For question 9, I skipped it first and went to question 10. I learned from your theory video that we should do the more directive questions. I thought the OS next to each other condition in question 9 is not restrictive enough and to try out things might take a lot of time. So, I was hoping maybe I will see OS next to each other in some case when I do other questions. YES! for question 10, I got S in 4 and O can be in 5. RT on either side! so this must be true and I chose answer D for question 9 based on this.
To work on directive questions first and use prior work is the best advice I got from your theory videos!! For game 1 in this section, for question 2, I also used this method. When the question gives condition like "X not in some place", instead of "X in some place", it is not restrictive enough. It is a time sink to test out options. So I skipped question 2. After I finished question 4, I got a case in which L and J are on Thursday! So it must be true that either J or L or both must be on Thursday. So, I got E in question 2. Luckily they don't have L as an option, in which case I have to test...
Some of the techniques I learned from here really paid out!! Thanks, Dave!
