For #13 can you explain why (B) is wrong? I wasn't able to eliminate it. It says it relies on an assumption that is tantamount.. couldn't we say that this assumption they are referring to is the assumption that there is no variation in the degrees of happiness -- and we need to assume that this is true for his conclusion to be true?

I think my problem was that I thought tantamount meant important... but I just looked it up and see it means equivalent? Does this make sense why I thought (B) made sense before?
