wait there is no necessary conditions for the locations where you can pick them up? the passage says "receive the coupon only at" before both he last location and main street??? is that not a N condition?

The locations themselves are the necessary conditions (see the diagrams in the video).
We are not given any necessary conditions for the locations.
Consider this example: "In order to visit the Statue of Liberty, one must go to New York."
New York is itself a necessary condition, but we are not given any necessary condition for visiting New York (you don't have to take a train, you don't have to go in the winter, etc. There's just no requirement in that sentence about getting to New York).

my main issue with this problem is that we make stipulations for members and while pat isn't mentioned explicitly as a member, the passage led me to think only members cold receive the coupon ughhh...the symbolism did help though, thanks

That's a good argument for getting good at conditional symbols and using them when they clarify! Keep up the practice!
