Ones like this and #16 don't seem to really conform to any of our specific flaw types, so I'm kind of having trouble still reading structurally. Like, it seems like you have to consider the semantic content more than usual. So to read structurally—and quickly—would you advise just looking for the language shift in the conclusion? I hope this question makes sense. I'm just having trouble blowing through these like I do with the ones where there's a clear flaw type at play.

There will always be a few nonconforming (or "difficult") questions. The idea is to blow through the others so that you have time to wrestle with these. It probably helps to ask yourself, "Self, why does this evidence not prove this conclusion?" Then, use your correctness tests to help in assessing answer choices.
