Is C incorrect because it doesn’t mention flattery under a supervisory/employee circumstance?

No; it's wrong because evidence about too-subtle flattery doesn't help us prove a conclusion about too-blatant flattery. Make sense?

Hello Dave
I got it the answer and reasoning but while taking this video I had question concerning 'because' in the last sentence. when the stimulus mention because I usually drawing A because B as B -> A instead of yours through video. doesn't this sentence forming 'arrow form', conditional reasoning form?

I'm not certain that I understand your question, but think of it this way: the entire problem with this argument is that it has assumed a causal relationship without showing that one exists.
It's like me saying "I predict that I'll make lots of money because I'm handsome." Like, WTF, man?
But that argument is structurally the same as this one. To make both work, it would suffice to say that the alleged reason does in fact cause the conclusion (H → M, in the above example, and as you've seen O → ~S in the LSAT question).
