How come (B) has direct textual support when the text does not say what one should do to avoid risk?

Read carefully!
The last two sentences make clear that those kicks increase the risk for beginners. That's the fact that (B) reiterates.

B and E left and then I chose E.
Why E couldn't be the correct answer choice?

(E) is wrong because we don't know that most beginners try such kicks. Think about it this way: Most kindergarten children would get alcohol poisoning by drinking 9 beers in one sitting. Does that mean most kindergarteners will get alcohol poisoning?
Same thing here.
