I have a question on some word usage. When the passage says generally or usually - do our conditional notations change?

Yes and no:
Yes, in that such modifications would create a nonconditional relationship that cannot be precisely and correctly captured by conditional symbols.
No, inasmuch as you may want to use a conditional symbolic approximation of a nonconditional to give yourself a visual reference.

The reason why B isn't the correct answer is John isn't best programmer and don't work alone. Is it correct?
Actually I don't know why we can be deleted (a), (b) and (c).
Specially A, It said roughly average productivity. That is because they aren't the most productivity it is inconsistent, I thought.
