This question got me... I didnt want to pick C because I thought "culturally inclusive" does not equate to covering more timespan of African/ Asian history.
More importantly I have a lingering question about E, I picked it because under timed condition, I thought E is the no cause-no effect-strengthening type:
Would E be right if it says:
University student who in their history courses are required only to read readings that [hardly mentioned the history of Africa or Asian after the ancient period, or the history of the Americas' indigenous cultures] (basically a plug-in of the premise) will not get an education that is as in-depth and cosmopolitan.
Thanks!!

1. Why the hesitation, do you think? Including more cultures is, by definition, more culturally inclusive!
2. Yes! I agree with your assessment of (E). It's a good reminder to slow down enough to read what the choices actually say, instead of trying to make them say what they ought to say (or what we want them to say)!
