I chose C; however I was stuck with E? Why would E be wrong?

One thing that would help is to remember our flaw answer types; (E) purports to be a necessary assumption of the argument. But recall that it's VERY unlikely that we need to assume any big, load-bearing claim.
Here, we don't need to know that Yancey's methods are the only ones that could be accurate. We just need to know that they are accurate.
Make sense?

YES, its very clear!!! Thank you Dave
This is why I believe I chose C, although my brain during the reading of the stimulus was stuck on methods, so I was between the two, and ultimately chose C because of the strong language in E. I think this is starting to come intuitively, thanks to your good teachings and reinforcements.
Have a great Christmas, Dave. Thanks a million for ALL the help!
