Can you explain the difference between answer choice B and D and why B is the answer and not D.

(D) is backward! Remember, we talked about expecting this. If you symbolize them conditionally, I believe you'll see how (B) fits into the argument, and why (D) does not.
If you're having trouble seeing that, upload a photo of your symbolization work (or type it in; whatever's easier for you), and I'll be able to help you see the difference. Seeing is important here; it will make short work of what would be quite difficult to attempt to analyze.

I see where I went wrong. It always helps to underline the right conclusion.
