In instances like when the passage says "not all instances of agreement-keeping are moral actions", would you symbolize that relationship and then simply put a strike through it? Thanks

I don't personally do that. It would feel too easy to me to confuse such an arrangement for some kind of conditional relationship. And the one thing we know from that sentence is that there isn't a conditional relationship between agreement-keeping and morality.
So I just ignore it altogether, for the most part.
