The argument goes with (concern for cows) -> (improve cows' condition) -> (increase blood flow) -> (boost milk) -> (increase profit).
So I was thinking to choose E, but E was backward.
The answer B is also backward, to me...
Could you help me?

Well, the farmer says she made the changes in order to increase blood flow (and eventually profits). And the changes also improve cows' comfort. So a good description of her argument is "Actions taken for financial reasons [to increase profits] can also have good effects on animals." That's (B) almsot exactly!
(E) is, as you say, backward.
