Oh good grief. That's frustrating, but it's fixed now!
What has happened (in case you're interested) is that we've used a video converter to make the clips viewable from multiple browsers. Unfortunately, that converter sometimes aborts the conversion for unknown reasons (spite?), which wouldn't be that big a deal, except when it screws up, IT DOESN'T GIVE AN ERROR MESSAGE.
It just spits out the incomplete video and then tries to pretend that everything is normal. So, we don't even know anything is wrong.
Perhaps needless to say, we have now switched to a different conversion scheme.
