why is C incorrect? Craig does accept the premise but rejects its conclusion with the same premise.

Craig does not accept the truth of Rifka's premises; he argues from the position that lostness is sufficient for asking directions, which is a very different premise from Rifka's assertion that lostness is necessary for asking.
