In your explanation for #19 (around 6:38 in the video), you said that the evidence for the argument that Kingston wrote talk stories is Kingston's account. And because it is hard to weaken that, you said that the attack would be on the evidence from the novel Chinamen. I was wondering if that was a thought process that you would actually have before jumping into the answer choices, or it is just something you added to make the explanation clearer.
For me, when I first read the question, I just reminded myself of the passage's argument that Kinston wrote talk stories and moved right on to answer choices to look for something that would weaken it. Although I got the question right, that the attack would be on the evidence from the novel China men wasn't something I particularly thought about before seeing the answer choices.
I'm just wondering how much of thinking (or analysis) you would have regarding the information relevant to the question before actually going into the answer choices.
