Hey Dave:
for Q6, I did not pick E because of the word "Innovation". this brings me to line 26-31: almost any information.......may be claimed as corporate property.. including INVENTIONS.
I know you are referencing line 47-51. but isn't the word "innovation" closer to "invention" than to "technological skills"?
I ALWAYS have such questions which I just can't be sure... not even you tell me the right answer :-(
thanks!

Hi Dave! I also have a question about #6.
I chose A because of information in the first paragraph - "they are hardly effective in upholding the individual's rights to free employment decisions" - wouldn't that mean that answer choice A would be close? Why is E the better answer? Thank you :)

Is Q5 answer choice E saying
Documents and concrete embodiments are more easily identified than subtler means of transferring, such as trade secrets?
I understood what line 58 was saying just did not know what answer choice E was exactly saying
Also Q6
was answer choice B wrong because the author did not say it was unnecessary but they said it was unlikely in line 55?
I'm slightly confused about this claim question because I was looking for what was stated in the passage
