For question #11, you never gave the answer. Your thinking was the same as mine, "support the prediction that OBMs will increase by showing that we will drill deeper wells", so I picked (D); however, the correct answer was (A) referring to the increasing cost of WBMs and therefore the increase in OBMs.
Is this a common situation? I thought the best answer was (D) because Passage B says in line 47 that OBMs are used for deeper drilling. So, that seemed like the best argument to support it. Cost is never mentioned in either passage...

What am I doing wrong?
Question 8 - A) Clay is important... Mud may be but clay? D) "Government regulations" Whaaat? I didn't read anything about government regulating the percentage of mineral oil. E) (line 58) OBM, after refined, "may be discharged overboard."
Question 12 - A) "slower to disperse" is not the same as "disperse as readily," one is talking about speed and the other is discussing "readilyness." C) "Contain a greater number of additives," line 48 "The typical difference from WBM is the higher concentration of mineral oil... greater concentration of barite, ... and a number of additives."
