Hi Dave, would you be able to explain why answer B is incorrect?
Because for answer A, Function Autonomously → realistic planning + encourage innovation. But, if you flip the counter positive, wouldn't it be ~R or ~E → ~F. So it could be that it's ~E instead of ~R. I'm just kind of confused about how you can prove that.
We know (A) is true because the passage said that autonomous functioning always permits more realistic planning. There is no time where non-autonomous functions are more realistic in their plans.
(B) does not have to be true, because although the passage tells us that decentralization encourages innovation, it does not tell us that it's the only way to encourage innovation. It's the same principle at work when we see the claim "Growing boys need to drink milk" does not mean that growing girls don't need milk.
