The word "hence" in that last sentence is the biggest giveaway.

Another question.
About 30’’ in the video you said the conclusion that “it wasn’t accepted because it didn’t cohere with the values.”
In my thought it can be ~C -> ~A. I don’t know why that will be ~A -> ~C.
Further, is “if it’s not accepted it is because it wasn’t coherent with the values” ~A -> ~C?

1. This argument concludes that there was a change in values, based on evidence that the draisenne wasn't accepted. It's saying that when a thing isn't accepted, that tells us there's been a change in values.
2. Exactly correct.

Thanks to you I know the conclusion, however what I can’t understand is how “it wasn’t accepted because it didn’t cohere with the values.” is equal to “because it wasn’t accepted there must be a change in values.”

This formulation is true every time there's a causal conclusion: the argument that concludes that X caused Y is always saying both X → Y (literally "X caused Y") and Y → X ("the fact that Y happens leads us to conclude that X was present").
