Maybe this is an english as a second language issue, but could you explain how B isdifferent from E?

They do look similar!
In brief:
(B) says that it is not possible for a country to have both unregulated markets and democracy (the two things cannot go together)
(E) says it is possible that a person can be against unregulated markets while at the same time being for democracy (you can have one thing without the other)
