Why did we ignore "the only workers who consider stress lvl an important factor in choosing a job are a few veteran employees"
When I first read through, I wanted to include that in my inference math. Is there language in it that lets us know that it in not important for proceeding? Or is it because it's about a different group and therefor separate and unnecessary to include on paper?

You've got it exactly! I ignore it because there's nothing I can prove by using it. It shares no evidence with any other premise, so it's useless.

I am considering D.
All consider salary as an important factor
all vacation as an important factor
all x all = all
Why D is wrong?

Read carefully! (D) would be true for recent graduates. They all think both considerations are important.
But what do veteran employees think? We don't know, which is why we cannot prove (D) is true.
