Can you explain how A differs from B. I understand why B is correct now, but its a blur to see why A is incorrect. Is it because it says ALL patients are treated and the argument clearly states that some people only A and some only B so you cent get ALL?
thanks

Well, (A) doesn't tell us how or why the drugs are necessary for the people who get them, leaving us with puzzlement as to why the people who got drugs and therapy don't see further improvement.

I can’t understand the passage. Though drugs are necessary based on the second sentence, how are there patients who receive only theraphy?

Well, the drugs are necessary for the people they're prescribed to. Not for everybody.
In the same way that eyeglasses are necessary for the people who wear them, but not everybody needs eyeglasses.
