Are not A and B both assumptions, with A being the deeper assumption that overwork is a cause of sleep deprivation to begin with.
If we go with B, it says that employees would get more sleep if they could schedule their work day, but does not address the original assumption of "why" that would be true - which would be because the primary cause of sleep deprivation is overwork.
I know I am wrong but please explain why lol

Remember that we're accepting the answer choices as true. So when (B) says that schedule freedom would result in more sleep, we can just accept that as true, full stop.
For (A), two things:
1. We don't need to assume that overwork is the primary cause of sleep deprivation. This is essentially moot, given point 2 below, but it's worth pointing out because it is a very common wrong answer!
2. We don't know that the people in this argument are overworked at all. They might only work 10 hours per week, but maybe they have to work from 3:30 to 5:30 am every day. See what I mean? This argument isn't about overwork. It's about scheduling.
Sensible?
