Dave,
My structural reading went like this:
X that doesn't have A or B don't succeed. Yet, many X has A and succeed. Hence, X does not need both A and B to succeed.
I was able to get it right. I trying my best on this structural reading.. What do you think? any suggestions?

Hi Dave, I also narrowed it down to A and D. However, I chose D because it had similar language cues (e.g., Niether/nor). I want to make sure I get this clear. The correct answer does not necessarily have to have the exact same cues as long as the structure is similar. Is that right?
