On the actual LSAT, do you always draw out an individual diagram for the exact number of questions on a given game? Or do you do them as you go along (and these videos having multiple diagrams ready for time-saving purposes as you teach us)?

The latter precisely; when using this template, I make a new diagram for every question I answer.

It took me 5 minutes to set up the game. Q1. 3:42, Q2 2:19, Q3 3:45, Q4 4:52, Q5 6:45 and Q6 2:12. Your video time for showing the game set up and completion was under 6 minutes. What am I doing wrong? It took me 22 plus minutes. I got all right before I watched the video but still what a difference after watching your video.

I don't think you're doing anything wrong. It sounds like you're learning!
Expect it to be slow at first. That's OK. The important thing is to get better at it. The better you get, the faster it will go.
If you're still taking this much time in another three weeks, we'll assess what's happening then. For now, concentrate on understanding how to use your system to answer questions. If you are getting that, the rest will come!
