Hi Dave,
When taking this practice test I was contemplating between answer choice A and answer choice B, and I ended up choosing B.
Can you explain why B wouldn't be the right answer?
Sucks when you're this close to getting the answer right.

1. In order to prove (B), we'd have to be told the risks faced by nonsmokers. We can only prove what has been offered into evidence.
2. Remember your language cues! I formulated them by appeal to history, and they serve as an efficient, useful proxy for analysis in lots of situations like this one!
