SPAM?

I just finished all of the Theory videos, and Dave mentions SPAM in a couple of the last RC ones (where he covers Read Actively). However, none of the videos I've watched covered SPAM.

For each video I take meticulous notes, but none of the videos in the Theory section explains SPAM and I never even heard the term until the very end of the RC section.

Where is the video(s) that SPAM is introduced/explained?

Also, where are the Practice Books and Practice Tests?
