RC page 141 #31

Hey Dave,

Question 31 asks us for the primary purpose of this cultural identities passage.  I am struggling to see where and how the author "argues FOR the creation of a global culture...etc." The piece definitely seemed more evaluative. Also, I can't see how D is wrong.

Actually...I'm just now starting to think this may be a typo on the answer sheet on 142.
