p75 Q60

Hi Dave! 

For Q60, I got rid of BCD but was not sure if it's A or E. I picked A, because line3: ....large populations....have FORCED relief agencies..... So I thought A was kind of paraphrasing this notion. I didn't pick E partially because the word "dramatic" -- it sounds to big, too --well, dramatic. 

After watching you video, I do realize that E should be more supported because A requires more additional assumptions (kind of). And I realized that line 25-30 which underlie choice E did not make a deep impression on my mind after reading. But then, who is to say what can be viewed as dramatic? E requires additional assumption as well!

Since I'm trying to learn from every mistake, I also try to write down WHY I made this mistake and how I may be able to avoid similar mistakes. For this one, I'm totally lost. I'm not even 100% convinced about the right choice. 

So I wonder what you think about what potential "deeper" mistake I have made here and how I can improve. Is there some pattern that can help with such questions? What are similar questions that you can think of? Thanks a ton in advance for your enlightening wise words...:-)
