multiple cancellations can be a serious issue or no?

Hi i wanna know what opinion u have about multiple cancellations,cause i have 4 or 5 cancellations but i am aiming to get a 175 ,thats where i am scoring on my diagnostics ,also my GPA is 4.0,could u tell me what are my chances for admission to the top ten?
