diagramming this conditional

This is an answer choice:
"To ensure that one has impartially considered the evidence regarding an issue on which one has taken a strong position, one should avoid misinterpreting or ignoring evidence regarding that issue."

Is this a conditional?

I would diag this as

Impartially considered evidence --> Avoid misinterpreting or Ignoring evidence.

And this, how is this to be diagrammed: "The only food in Diane's apartment is in her refrigerator."

"The Only" = "All"

So:

Food  Refrigerator

It is; it's of the "For X to happen, Y must happen" variety of specifying a necessary condition. You've diagrammed correctly.
