Could you also do this as a sequencing game ? I tried it and it seemed to work! Just knowing you could go F - G - F or G - F - G

I just now did it by numbering 1—8, then another 1 at the end.
I put F in both 1 spots, with G at the 5, and did all the work starting from that iteration.
I found it to be simple and straightforward.
So why didn't I do it that way originally?
Because when I first encountered this game (in 2004), I had just started with LSAT, and had not developed a system for dealing with games! So I just put it in a circle as told, rather than mapping a preexisting template onto the game. But I think the latter is a far more effective strategy.
