How did you know to ignore the first part of the last clause that says "Thus the view that in no situation can we know what action is morally right would be true" ?

I didn't ignore it! It's the conclusion of the argument.

From the last sentence I got the equation (KR -> KB) -> ~KR. Is it possible to seperate above equation into (KR -> KB) and ~KR ?

If I understand you correctly, then yes. It appears that you are asking if you can separate into the evidence and the conclusion, instead of showing the argument as evidence leading to a conclusion.
