I think I could have gotten to the answer to this question by process of elimination, but by the time I started the passage, I only had about 6.5 min left on the timer.

I'd just like a little clarification.  For the correct answer, B, I read, "Although the reactions most commonly displayed..."and immediately crossed it off, because I felt like it is impossible to know what the most common reaction is.  The only reaction they discuss is one that is only seen 4/100 times in the Game.  The population of people described by "most" in the passage are those that responded to the 4/100 offer.  The population in the answer choice appears to be participants of the game in general.   I had such high hopes for this PT until RC (but that's how it generally goes).
